barre n’ pow{h}er is an extremely form focused and challenging method based on 25 years of dance experience and research, as well as over a decade mind body fitness study, training, and master instruction.

Our technique is rooted in traditional isometric barre fundamentals and takes a thoughtful neutral spine approach at building deep muscle strength, tone, flexibility, balance, and alignment.

We offer unique, safe, and fun variations to allow continuous evolution within the mind, body connection.

Need more cardio from your barre workout?  This class is for you!  Combining our traditional isometric barre n’ pow{h}er class with linear and rotational movement as well as both sustained and Tabata cardio intervals this class will help to encourage muscle confusion while positively enticing the mind, body and spirit. Light yoga mats, hand towels, lots of water, and smiles are encouraged.

tap n’ pow{h}er, a balance fusion class, is designed to shape, tone and elongate while delivered with messages of empowerment. tap n’ pow{h}er is an extremely form focused method based on 25 years of dance research and experience, and over a decade of mind body fitness study, training, and master instruction. Combining rotational, linear, isometric, range of motion and compound movement, tap n’ pow{h}er takes you on a challenging and empowering journey unlike any other.

The structure of tap n’ pow{h}er takes a thoughtful approach at building deep muscle strength, tone, flexibility, balance, and alignment to women’s bodies. tap n’ pow{h}er is not for the quitter. It’s for the woman who finds strength in the struggle and empowerment in her accomplishments. Improving balance has vast benefits and aids in the body’s: neuromuscular strength, proprioception, and muscle isolation, hip and core stabilization, rehabilitation of muscles and joints, and enhanced caloric burning.

tap n’ pow{h}er is designed to test clients will and focus. Much like life, when clients stumble in this class, they are encouraged to get back up, reposition, refocus, and persevere. Inspired by the art of tap dancing, tap n’ pow{h}er, incorporates controlled strength training exercises interspersed with cardio intervals and yogic posturing. NOTE: No dance experience is necessary to have a successful experience! This class uses an interval-based safe yet challenging format to aid and promote muscle confusion to deliver fast and lasting results. tap n’ pow{h}er is a challenging hour of balance and strength inspired by the journey of Life!

energy n’ pow{h}er  
energy n’ pow{h}er is a challenging class of movement and vitality. Stamina and strength are challenged and further developed through high intensity heart rate elevating movements. This CARDIO SWEAT-FEST combines upbeat music, beautiful movement, high intensity interval training, and our signature messages of empowerment. Designed to compliment tap n’ pow{h}er, this class speaks directly to the mind, body, and spirit both in verbal cues as well as within the techniques of movement offered throughout the hour…all while ramping up the cardio!

Participants will be challenged through balance, range of motion, isometric holds, linear rotation, and both sustained and Tabata cardio intervals to confuse muscle groups while positively enticing the mind and spirit. Light yoga mats, hand towels,lots of water, and smiles are encouraged.


hold n’ pow{h}er
hold n’ pow{h}er is a balance and strength fusion class of isometric poses interspersed with yoga posturing! Form Focused and Fearless is the mantra of this class! Clients will be lead through each pose with detailed description, demonstration, tactile correction, and encouragement! The intention for hn’p is to take each individual on a unique and challenging journey to join breath, spine, and heat, while furthering the relationship of mind to body.

hold n’ pow{h}er is infused with messages of empowerment as each participant is encouraged to stretch beyond perceived boundaries and achieve fitness objectives. If you’re looking to build a greater connection to your body, grow in physical strength, and  find a new appreciation for the word “hold”…this one’s for you!!!!


Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Yoga is a life-long investment in your personal health and wellness. In this class, we practice the unique combination of dynamic breath and strong, flowing movement in a sequence of postures (asanas) that build strength and flexibility, unwind tight joints and loosen tense muscles. This is a complete mind and body practice that develops concentration of the mind, reduces stress, and cultivates self-awareness. Other benefits include increased range of motion, agility, flexibility, strength, lung capacity and endurance. Yoga prevents and heals injury and realigns the body. It detoxifies and nourishes internal organs and tissues, leading to the revitalization of the entire body. All levels are welcome – options are given for you to customize your own individualized practice and take it as deep as you like.

A beautifully blended bouquet, praise n’pow{h}er is a journey through form focused yoga style movement while worshiping our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Movement was gifted to us by our Heavenly Father and this is our space to glorify and worship HIM together! A truly unique experience that allows each participant to magnify God with and in the temple for which He created us to dwell!

This restorative balance based flow is much more than getting in shape…more than checking a box! This class speaks LIFE and Gospel TRUTH while we move, sweat, praise, and smile! A celebration of of God’s Love being played out to heaven’s joyful tune!
