FLEX n’ pow{h}er Weight Class Starts This January!


Flex Flyer AdFlex your muscles and your power with our new total body flex n’ pow{h}er class.

This form focused muscle building and toning class is designed for both men and women and utilizes weighted bars to help build, strengthen and tone lean muscle mass while keeping your heart rate elevated to ignite maximum cardio fat burning and increase your metabolism.

Classes start Monday, January 4th and will be offered every:

Monday at 5:30am
Wednesday at 6:00pm
Saturday at 7:15am

FLEX classes are part of our regular unlimited fitness class membership and fitness class packages at no additional charge.

6 week FLEX challenge includes 6 weeks of unlimited FLEX classes plus free unlimited yoga classes January 4 – February 13
(6 week promotion valid for new clients or non-active members only)
