barre n’ pow{h}er combines traditional isometric barre movements (Pilates, dance and stretching) with a safe, neutral spine practice to build deep muscle strength, tone, flexibility, balance, and alignment to give you beautiful, sculpted, lean muscles – without the impact and injuries dancers endure. In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body. Each class is choreographed to motivating music and offers unique, safe, and fun variations to allow continuous evolution within the mind, body, and spirit.

Need more cardio from your barre workout? barre n’ pow{h}er cardio blends our traditional isometric barre n’ pow{h}er class with cardio interval training designed for increased caloric burn and metabolic results. Choreographed to motivating music, this class will keep you moving and sweating while encouraging muscle confusion and positively enticing the mind, body, and spirit.

tap n' pow{h}er
tap n’ pow{h}er is a specialized cardio, strength and balance fusion class that is practiced off the barre and is designed to shape, tone and elongate your body while delivering messages of empowerment within each movement. Incorporating controlled strength training exercises with cardio intervals and physical posturing, tap n’ pow{h}er enhances caloric burn and builds deep muscle strength, tone, flexibility, balance, and alignment in women’s bodies. Though inspired by the art of dance, tap n’ pow{h}er is not a dance class and is open to all levels.

strength n’ pow{h}er builds upon our trademark tap n’ pow{h}er class by incorporating the use of a weighted bar to enhance strength and further challenge participants. Training with added light weight has been proven to preserve muscle mass, assist with weight control, decrease injury risks and reduce symptoms of osteoporosis. With an emphasis on building strength inside and out, strength n’ pow{h}er delivers form focused movement in a fun, creative, challenging, and effective way.

restore n' pow{h}er
In this class, we practice the unique combination of dynamic breath and strong flowing movement in a sequence of postures that build strength and flexibility, unwind tight joints and loosen tense muscles. This is a complete mind and body practice that develops concentration of the mind, reduces stress, and cultivates self-awareness. Other benefits include increased range of motion, agility, flexibility, strength, lung capacity and endurance. This movement is designed to prevents and heal injury as well as realigning the body. It detoxifies and nourishes internal organs and tissues, leading to the revitalization of the entire body. All levels are welcome – options are given for you to customize your own individualized practice and take it as deep as you like.

A beautifully blended bouquet, praise n’ pow{h}er is a Spirit led journey through thoughtful and safe movement that is centered around worshiping our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Movement was gifted to us by our Great and Mighty God, and this is our space to glorify and worship HIM together! A truly unique experience that allows each participant to magnify The Lover of Our Souls with and in the temple for which He created us to dwell! praise n’ pow{h}er motivates, encourages, and celebrates our freedom in Christ, while speaking LIFE and Gospel TRUTH through movement, rest, and joy! A celebration of of God’s Love for His precious daughters all while being played out to heaven’s joyful tune! This class if for every woman, as each participant is encouraged to move or rest how she feels led during each practice. You may even bring a pillow, blanket, and journal if you’d like!
