At {r}elevé one we believe every woman should have the opportunity to receive the benefits of physical/mindful body work regardless of their financial circumstances. That’s why we’ve launched the {r}elevé one Comm{unity} Membership program.  This charitable assistance program provides financial assistance to women from all walks of life who wish to become part of the {r}elevé one community and participate in our programs and services.

The {r}elevé one Comm{unity} Membership offers financial assistance for women on a sliding scale based on your household’s income. Individuals with a special circumstance, such as a job loss or other financial challenges, are also encouraged to apply.

How do I apply?
To apply for our Comm{unity} Membership program please download, complete and return the application below.  Once submitted, a program director will contact you within a few days to discuss your eligibility.
